We offer every customer a full refund on their first order up to one unit of each product (undoo® relief, undoo® refresh, undoo® reset, and undoo® reset starter pack). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email support@undoo.com within 15 days of placing your first order to qualify for a refund. Repeat and recurring customers are not eligible for refund. Only the price of one unit will be refunded (not shipping & handling costs or additional units). If your product arrives damaged, please email support@undoo.com within 15 days of purchase date and we will replace the damaged product. Since our products are ingestible, we do not accept returns.
