What is in undoo® products?
Olivetol (extract of lichens), olive oil, bovine gelatin, purified water, vegetable glycerin, vitamin e (preservative).
What is olivetol?
Olivetol is a polyphenol compound that can be found in lichens, many plants, made synthetically and is also an important intermediate in the synthesis of cannabinoids.

How should I store undoo® softgels?
Store in a cool, dry place. Always replace the cap on the lid of the jars after opening.
Do you offer samples?
Are undoo® products undergoing any studies?
Do your products contain CBD?
undoo® products do not contain CBD or any other cannabinoids.
Will your products help me pass a drug test?
Our products will not help you pass a drug test.
Shipping & Orders
When will my order ship?
Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 2PM ET will be processed the next business day. Once the order is processed, you will receive a shipment notification via email with a tracking number. Selecting expedited shipping will not decrease the order processing time.
Where do you ship?
We ship in the United States to all 50 states including Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally. Stay tuned - we have plans to expand!
Can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as we ship your order.
Can I change my shipping address?
Once an order has been placed, your shipping address cannot be changed. You may edit your shipping address before an order has been placed by going into your account.
Can I cancel my order after it has shipped?
You can cancel an order before its ship date, however, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed. You can check your account for shipping details.
My order says “delivered” but I didn’t received it. What should I do?
Occasionally, products may track as “delivered” before they actually arrive. We recommend waiting 48 hours. If it hasn’t arrived after that time, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I return my product for a refund?
We offer every customer a full refund on their first order up to one unit of each product (undoo® relief, undoo® refresh, undoo® reset, and undoo® reset starter pack). Please see our full refund/return policy here.
